📢 Call for Partners

Erasmus+ KA1 – Mobility of Youth Workers
Training Course: Tackling Fatphobia & Aesthetic Violence in Youth Work
📍 Alicante, Spain |  October 2026 (exact dates TBC)

About the project

We are looking for partner organisations to join an Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility of Youth Workers training course focused on fatphobia and aesthetic violence and their impact on young people.

The main goal of the project is to empower youth workers with knowledge, tools, and practical methods to recognise, address, and challenge body-based discrimination in their daily youth work. The training builds on the long-term work of Dafi Association and the Body Liberation Network, which aim to raise awareness, develop educational tools, and advocate for body shape and size to be recognised as a legal ground for discrimination.

The training will combine:

  • critical reflection on fatphobia and aesthetic violence,

  • non-formal education methods,

  • concrete educational tools and activities already developed through previous projects,

  • space for peer learning, exchange of practices, and networking.

Participants will leave with ready-to-use methods they can directly apply in their local youth work contexts.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking partner organisations that:

  • work directly with young people,

  • are active in youth work, non-formal education, inclusion, human rights, or related fields,

  • are motivated to integrate topics of body diversity, anti-discrimination, and social justice into their work,

  • can send 2 youth workers to the training.
